I Got The Funk

No House of Commons visit for #SCROTUS.  He can come talk to the Queen, but he's unwelcome at Parliament. Speaker George Clinton says the Mad King doesn't have enough funk.  Opposition to racism, sexism and support for equality before the law suggest that he shouldn't be allowed to enter the hallowed halls with the green seats.
