Government Hiring Freeze! Prepare for Shrinkage

All GOP leaders stop hiring and all Democrat leaders start it back up, but this is probably in preparation for drastic cuts.

• No hiring or creating new positions (military exempt) unless it's a national security issue.
• No contractors to do work until hiring restarts.
• New plan to reduce workers through attrition and other means in the next 90 days.
